Vote on the First Reading of an ordinance to consider proposed amendments to Chapter 14, Buildings and Building Regulations, Article II Building and Construction Codes, Section 14-31 Adoption to amend said ordinances to update the building code references.

Appoint a City of Rincon representative to the Transportation Advisory Board.

Authorize FY 24 General Fund Budget Amendment BA 2024- 01 and City Manager to transfer $250,000 from Contingencies line 100-9000-579000 to Parks and Recreation Professional Contracted Services line 100-6100-521200 for the purposes of completing improvements to Macomber Park.
